1. Who we are
PriceMyPrint ("we", "us") provides online pricing calculators and shop cost tools for print and decoration businesses. By using PriceMyPrint you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
2. What the service does
PriceMyPrint estimates what a job costs and what you could charge, based on the numbers you enter and on published industry reference figures. Every result is an estimate for your own decision-making. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any profit, margin, or business outcome. You are responsible for the prices you quote and the numbers you rely on.
3. Accounts
The calculators are free and work without an account. An account lets you save your shop's own costs. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at winny@printspark.com if you think someone else has access.
4. Premium, trials, and billing
Premium costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year. New subscribers get a 14-day free trial, and a payment method is required to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan begins automatically and renews each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card details. Prices may change with reasonable notice, and any change applies from your next renewal.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your Account page. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to PriceMyPrint, and don't resell or redistribute the service or its calculations as your own product. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Your data and content
Your shop numbers stay yours. We use them to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete your account and saved data at any time from your Account page.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep PriceMyPrint available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, including pricing decisions made using our estimates.
