Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
Go to your Account page and choose "Manage subscription or cancel". Cancelling takes seconds and needs no email or phone call.
During the free trial
Cancel any time in the 14-day trial and you are never charged. Premium keeps working until the trial's last day.
After you've been charged
Cancelling stops future payments. Premium stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, so you don't lose access you paid for. Part-used periods are not pro-rated.
Refunds
If something went wrong — you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or the service didn't work for you — email winny@printspark.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it and refund where fair. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
Your saved work
Cancelling doesn't delete anything. Your saved shop numbers stay in your account and come back the moment you restart Premium. If you want them gone, delete your account from the Account page.
