What we collect

• Nothing required to use the calculators. Without an account, the numbers you type stay in your own browser.
• Account details: your email address, and a password if you don't sign in with Google.
• Your shop numbers: the costs, rates, and shop profile you choose to save to your account.
• Subscription details: your plan, status, trial and renewal dates, and the customer reference from our payment provider.
• Basic technical data: logs and error reports needed to keep the service running securely.

How we use it

To run the calculators with your own costs, manage your account and subscription, send service messages such as sign-in and billing notices, keep the service secure, and improve how it works. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your shop numbers to advertise to you.

Card details and payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe). Card details are entered directly with them and never reach PriceMyPrint. We store only what we need to show your plan status and let you manage your subscription.

Who else processes data

We use trusted service providers to host the application and database, deliver email, process payments, and capture errors. They may only process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Account and shop data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account we remove your profile, saved shop numbers, and subscription records, keeping only what law or payment-record requirements oblige our payment provider to retain.

Your choices

You can view and change your saved numbers at any time, cancel Premium from your Account page, delete your account and saved data yourself, or ask us for a copy of your data. Email winny@printspark.com with any privacy request.

Children

PriceMyPrint is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll post the update here with a new date.
